WARRANTY POLICY

Your Evernew products are covered by a one year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Should you find that one of your Evernew products has a defect in product material or workmanship within the first year from the date of purchase, we will arrange to deliver a replacement to you, free of charge.

Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service. If a product or component is returned without proof of purchase, it will be reviewed based on manufacturing production time to determine if there is warranty coverage.

This warranty does not apply to any unit that has been tampered with, nor to any damages incurred through improper use and care by the customer, or mishandling by any common carrier.
